Customer Service Representative

Hino Trucks is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our nationwide dealer network from our Parts Distribution Center (PDC) in Southaven, Mississippi. In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for dealerships by assisting with parts identification, order management, shipment tracking, and customer support. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for Hino dealers regarding parts orders, availability, and related inquiries Respond to customer requests professionally and efficiently via phone and email Research and resolve dealer concerns related to parts orders, shipments, and product information Provide guidance on parts identification and parts catalog navigation Support Parts Ordering and Fulfillment Process and manage dealer parts orders accurately and efficiently Assist with order sourcing and expediting critical customer orders Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to dealers Investigate and resolve order discrepancies when they arise Coordinate Shipment and Logistics Activities Track and trace parts shipments as needed Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery Help identify and resolve shipping-related issues to minimize customer impact Contribute to Operational Excellence Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support dealer and customer success Provide support to field sales, service, and parts personnel when needed What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of customer service, call center, logistics, distribution, automotive, or related experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business systems Preferred Qualifications Experience in the commercial vehicle, automotive, heavy-duty truck, or parts distribution industry Familiarity with parts catalogs, inventory management, or order processing systems Experience supporting dealer networks or business-to-business customers Hino Trucks is an E-Verify employer.
