Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct final pharmacist verification of compounded prescriptions before dispensing, guaranteeing accuracy, completeness, and adherence to all relevant regulations.
• Review prescription orders thoroughly for clinical appropriateness, correct dosages, patient details, potential drug interactions, formulation integrity, and proper labeling.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a clear and active Pharmacist license in Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a pharmacist, with a preference for candidates who have worked in a closed-door pharmacy setting.
