Line Operator

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and production, is seeking a dedicated Line Operator to join their team. As a Line Operator, you will be an essential part of the production support team, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Line Operator

Location: Woodstock, AL

Pay Range: $16.00 per hour

Shift: First Shift

What's the Job?

• Safely and efficiently move, store, and manage raw materials, finished products, and equipment to support production and distribution operations.
• Operate machinery and equipment according to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes.

What's Needed?

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout a 12 hour shift
• Willingness to work in an outdoor environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and protocols.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
