Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various clerical tasks that support the efficient operation of our warehouse and retail environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in inventory management and customer service.

Schedule:  Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Hourly Pay: $17 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify inbound and outbound freight for accuracy and damage.
• Prepare, review, and process Bills of Lading (BOLs), shipping documents, and freight paperwork.
• Utilize a PDA scanner or handheld RF scanning device to receive, transfer, locate, and track inventory.
• Perform labeling duties accurately and ensure products and freight are properly identified.
• Verify shipment quantities against packing slips, purchase orders, and shipping documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock audits.
• Coordinate with Receiving, Shipping, Inventory Control, and Operations to ensure timely movement of freight.
• Build pallets correctly and safely; properly wrap and secure pallets for movement or shipment.
• Safely move pallets within the warehouse and understand basic pallet-handling procedures.
• Load and unload trailers manually while following established warehouse safety procedures.
• Report damaged product, inventory discrepancies, or shipping issues to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of warehouse, freight, or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Previous PDA scanner or handheld RF scanning experience.
• Previous labeling experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Etiwanda facility.
• Basic knowledge of building, wrapping, securing, and moving pallets.
• Experience preparing and processing Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and experience working with warehouse management systems.
• Commitment to workplace safety and following company procedures.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing 50–80 lbs.
• Stand and walk for extended periods during the workday.
• Work in varying temperatures and warehouse noise levels.
