Connect Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Clerical Assistant for a professional office in Ontario, CA. This is a temp-to-hire position paying $20.00/hr, Monday through Thursday. In this role, you will create invoices, generate shipping labels and packing slips, schedule freight pickups, and handle client communication in both English and Spanish. This is a small office environment where you will take on a variety of tasks and work with a steady, predictable schedule.

Pay: $20.00/hr

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

Location: Ontario, CA

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and respond to client emails in both English and Spanish.
• Pack UPS boxes and marketing brochures or catalogs as needed.
• Maintain filing systems and organize office records.
• Support other clerical or administrative duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• 6+ months of recent clerical or administrative experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including email, spreadsheets, and shipping tools.
• Experience generating invoices or working with billing documents.
• Familiarity with shipping platforms such as UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or similar.
• Experience scheduling freight shipments or coordinating carrier pickups.
• Comfortable with light physical tasks such as packing boxes or organizing materials.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing).
