Forklift Operator
We're hiring Forklift Operators to safely move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse or production facility. This role requires adherence to safety protocols, equipment knowledge, and attention to accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts to move products and materials
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers
- Conduct equipment safety checks before and after use
- Maintain inventory accuracy by scanning and recording product movement
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with general warehouse tasks when not operating equipment
Qualifications
- 1+ year of recent forklift operation experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures and safety protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Average Pay Rate: $18 – $22 / Hour
