Forklift Operator Chambersburg, PA | Contract-to-Hire | 20.00-22.00/hr

Shift Options 1st Shift: 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

• Operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and record material movements.
• Move and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Perform equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as needed.

• Minimum 1 year of forklift experience required.
• Experience with sit-down and stand-up forklifts preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.
• Shipping and receiving experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Work Environment

You'll work in a busy warehouse receiving operations with frequent truck traffic and forklift activity. Employees are regularly loading, unloading, staging, and transporting materials throughout the facility. The warehouse is not climate-controlled , and the role requires working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and accuracy.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Franklin, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.81 - $20.81/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
