Night Shift Supervisor (3pm-12am) (Monday-Friday)

Night Shift Supervisor The Night Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations during evening hours, ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and team performance. This role plays a key part in coordinating staff, resolving operational issues, and maintaining efficient workflows in alignment with company standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead warehouse operations during the night shift Monitor team productivity, quality, and adherence to safety standards Coordinate staffing and assign daily tasks to meet operational goals Identify and resolve workflow or operational issues in a timely manner Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations Support a positive, team-oriented work environment Qualifications 2–5 years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or operations environment Basic proficiency with computers, including email and Microsoft Excel Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods Ability to lift moderate weights Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed Strong attention to detail Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and maintain a safe work environment Pay $28.00/hr What We Offer Medical, Dental and Vision insurance on Day One 2 weeks paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick/personal time Tuition Reimbursement 401(k) with company match Training Schedule: 6:30am-3pm (First Few Months) Disclaimer This job description is not meant to be an all-inclusive statement of every duty and responsibility of the jobholder.
