Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient clinic to provide personalized, evidence-based care for patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions. Responsibilities Include Delivering hands-on therapy and maintaining a caseload of approximately 50 visits weekly with the support of AI tools to streamline documentation. Accurately documenting care in the EMR system. Contributing to a culture of clinical learning and peer support. Qualifications Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. Active state license or eligibility for licensure. Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills. Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care.
