Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor

PeopleShare is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor in Allentown, NJ.

We're looking for an experienced maintenance leader to oversee daily operations, perform preventive maintenance, and support a highvolume production environment.

Pay: $45-$47/hr


Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:00am-4:30pm


What you'll do:

• Lead and train maintenance staff, manage schedules, and approve timecards
• Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, and production machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagrams, manuals, and precision instruments
• Fabricate repair parts and manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
• Maintain and update SOPs, JHAs, and LOTO documentation
• Support the Maintenance Manager with workflow planning, task delegation, and production priorities
• Enforce safety standards and ensure highquality, efficient operations

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of management experience
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience in fastpaced production environments
• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership abilities
• High attention to detail and consistent use of PPE

Physical Requirements:

• Standing/walking for prolonged periods
• Ability to bend, stretch, push/pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
