ASRS Maintenance Mechanic Assistant

ASRS Maintenance Mechanic Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot electrical issues on the ASRS
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues on the ASRS.
- Ability to identify, maintain, and troubleshoot Motor Controls including motor starters, Variable Frequency Drives, DC drives, and standard electrical components and advanced automation controls systems.
Qualifications:
- Able to use power tools
- Able to follow instruction according to the SOP.
- Must be able to understand the various levels of automation and the associated systems integration and standards
- Strong planning, organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and supervision.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with departmental staff, both written and verbal
- Leadership and motivate skills with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Must be legally able to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
- Must have reliable transportation and must be able to work overtime when required.
Education and experience:
- Technical/vocational degree.
- An ASRS mechanic should have 1 year of experience and/or a mechanical background.
