PJW Restaurant Group seeks a Culinary Compliance Manager to lead BOH teams in delivering high-quality food, training staff, and ensuring safety and environmental compliance across kitchens. You will report to the Corporate Culinary Director and drive consistency with corporate standards, scheduling, and menu builds.
