Cheer-Tumbling Skills Supervisor

Engage, connect, make a difference! Lakeville Cheerleading is looking for a Tumbling Instructor to inspire young athletes and help them develop their skills in a positive, safe, and fun environment. What You Will Do Supervise and develop the overall tumbling skills program. Teach proper technique for tumbling skills: Basic: cartwheels, handstands, forward rolls, backward rolls Intermediate: back walkovers, roundoffs, bridge kickovers, introduction to back handsprings Advanced: back handsprings, roundoff + skill, back tucks, layouts Lead warm‑ups for beginner levels and assist with advanced warm‑ups. Participate in staff training as needed. Follow all policies and procedures, including submitting injury reports. Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. What We Are Looking For Experience in gymnastics, tumbling, and/or cheer (preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to stay focused, engaged, and provide a positive learning environment. Schedule 4‑6 hours per week (hours to be determined). Salary $21.50 per hour.
