Community Relations Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry Level Community Relations Manager to join our growing event marketing team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, representing brands at live events, and building meaningful relationships within the community.As a Community Relations Manager, you will help strengthen community partnerships, support outreach initiatives, represent clients at promotional events, and contribute to memorable brand experiences. This role offers hands-on training and excellent opportunities for career growth in event marketing, brand promotions, and leadership. Responsibilities Develop and support community outreach initiatives that align with event marketing goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, local businesses, and key stakeholders. Support promotional events, community activations, and brand engagement campaigns. Assist with event planning, logistics, on-site setup, and execution. Represent clients professionally at community events, networking functions, and public engagements. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful events and consistent brand messaging. Identify opportunities to expand community partnerships and outreach efforts. Monitor community engagement activities and provide feedback on event performance. Deliver outstanding customer service while interacting with event attendees, clients, and community partners. Contribute to additional event marketing and community engagement initiatives as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills. Professional and confident when engaging with the public. Willingness to travel locally for events, community outreach, and client promotions. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, events, fundraising, or community involvement is a plus but not required.
