Ariba B&I SpecialistMinimum 5 years of experience within Ariba B&I and 3 end-to-end implementationsExcellent presentation, written, and communication skillsKnowledge of Ariba solutions/servicesProgram and customer relationship management experienceResponsible for driving and influencing technical design decisions for various SAP solutions across various functionsResponsible for downstream (Buying & Invoicing) modules and related technologies supporting the Source to Pay organizationsWork very closely with Functional, Customer Procurement, and IT teams to understand the requirements and design, build SAP Ariba solutionsProviding support to business as they migrate new suppliers and business processes to Ariba. This includes configuration, testing of processes and resolving technical issuesBuild proofs-of-concept (POC) for potential new solutions and technologyCreate and present technical design including data analysis to business team and seek feedback to influence solution design and approachHands-on experience in SAP Ariba downstream modules and SAP systems experience are requiredExperienced in Procure to Pay process in AribaAriba Integration experience with cXML, Proxies, IDOCs, Webservices, and using CIG, CPIProficient in calling Ariba API's using CPI/middleware for reportingHighly experienced in catalog administration. Setting up Ariba Punch-out and CIF catalogsEnable procurement of materials/services from supplier-hosted catalogsAssists supplier with catalog setup, testing, and troubleshootingHelps and guides the supplier in the creation of buyer requested catalog projectsExposure to other finance business process areas including Accounts Payable, GL Accounting and Tax is a plusExpert in creation of Service request and Incident tickets with Ariba and working with Ariba support teams
