B2C Brand & Commercial Design Manager (e-commerce for Amazon)Role Mission Lead the commercialization and visual presentation of the Hi-Spec B2C brand across Amazon marketplaces through stronger visual systems, conversion-aware design, competitor intelligence, AI-assisted workflows, and measurable listing optimization. The role is focused on improving commercial performance through better brand presentation, stronger design process discipline, structured testing, and conversion-driven optimization. The Amazon e-commerce platform is the primary operational focus. Key responsibilities include: 1. B2C Conversion & Best-Selling Items Listing Optimization

Competitor Benchmarking & Conversion Intelligence Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is commercially aware, highly organized, visually detail-oriented, and capable of combining creative thinking with structured commercial execution. This role is not focused purely on traditional graphic design ability. Strong visual judgement, commercial awareness, process discipline, and structured thinking are equally important. Preferred qualities include: * strong eye for visual presentation and detail

* able to identify what communicates clearly to customers
* understands how visual presentation impacts conversion
* comfortable benchmarking competitors and identifying trends
* interested in AI-assisted workflows and structured systems

* able to improve consistency and continuity across teams
* experience with Amazon, e-commerce or digital product presentation preferred
* graphic design software experience useful but not the only priority
