The role is focused on improving commercial performance through better brand presentation, stronger design process discipline, structured testing, and conversion-driven optimization. Competitor Benchmarking & Conversion Intelligence Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is commercially aware, highly organized, visually detail-oriented, and capable of combining creative thinking with structured commercial execution. This role is not focused purely on traditional graphic design ability. Strong visual judgement, commercial awareness, process discipline, and structured thinking are equally important. Preferred qualities include: * strong eye for visual presentation and detail
