RPA Developer

Base Location: Alabaster - AL (Remote to Start)

Visa: Independent Visa only

Client: CTS

Contract to Hire

Main Skills: RPA, Pega Robotics & SQL

Relevant Experience (Years): 4+ Years

Technical/Functional Skills:

• Experience in designing & developing automation solutions using Automation Anywhere
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science or Information Technology
• 4 years of hands-on experience on at least one of the programming languages (e.g. .Net, Java, VB, C#/C, HTML/CSS, Python, Web Services, mainframe, web applications, SQL, data integration tools, technical automation tools)
• 1+ year of Automation Anywhere experience
• Experience of working within an agile, continuous integration environment
• Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams
• Good understanding of Process Design documents, technical design documents within the automation space

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science or Information Technology
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• 1+ year of Automation Anywhere experience

Requirements

• Experience in designing & developing automation solutions using Automation Anywhere

• Experience working in an agile, continuous integration environment
• Ability to create process flow diagrams
• Understanding of Process Design documents and technical design documents

Roles & Responsibilities

• Set up the Automation Anywhere development environment (software installation, installation of related technologies such as Splunk/logging etc)
• Assess automation opportunity from technical perspective and perform due diligence to arrive at an optimal solution
• Create and maintain the Solution Design Document (SDD) throughout the project lifecycle
• Translate business requirements and process designs into robotic solutions using core workflow principles
• Support UAT and rollout phases
• Communicate project risks and issues to the Tech Lead/project manager and provide inputs to the change control process
• Resolve defects and performance problems discovered in testing
• Support go-live rollout
• Create web forms that act as enablers to the RPA workflow
• Support issue resolution in day-to-day running of RPA processes
• Create access control interfaces via the Application Modeler, within Object Studio
• Develop business logic within code-stages in languages within the .NET family
• Input into solution integration design using Web Services / RESTFUL API access
• Conduct component testing on the solution
