Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Reston, VA
Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an exciting OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we offer outstanding dry van routes with excellent mileage potential and performance bonuses. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving with our well-maintained fleet and enjoy consistent earning possibilities.
Home Time:
- Typically out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight needs.
- We strive for weekly home time, but 2-week periods may occasionally be necessary.
- Schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.
Equipment:
- Our fleet is well-maintained and features trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
- All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
- Drivers are allowed to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.
No Touch Freight:
- All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations, reducing dock waiting times.
- 100% no-touch freight primarily includes automotive loads for efficient operations.
Pay and Miles:
- Average weekly earnings of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly.
- Base rates of $0.45, $0.50, or $0.55 CPM plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.
Running Area:
- Primarily east of I-35 with opportunities for dedicated drivers to cover up to 3,000 miles per week.
- Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.
