We're growing our rehab team and looking for a compassionate, full-time Physical Therapist Assistant who wants to practice differently - one who values person-centered care, hands-on treatment, and being part of a team that treats the whole person, not just the diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Provide physical therapy treatments - exercises, stretches, and modalities - as directed by the physical therapist
• Apply a person-centered approach to support independence and mobility
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, relationship-based care
• Participate in patient and family education to promote independence and empowerment
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of patient treatments and progress
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment in line with infection control standards

Requirements
