Experienced Loan Officer Assistant / Mortgage Processor In-Office Role (Davie, FL)
- Own the process from application to closingcollecting documents, submitting files, and clearing conditions.
- Communicate proactively with all partiesborrowers, lenders, underwriters, title companies, and appraisers.
- Ensure deadlines are met and files run smoothly.
- Support overall operations and be the go-to person ensuring no detail slips.
- 5+ years of mortgage processing or LOA experience, ideally with larger mortgage companies.
- Active NMLS license.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skillsyou take ownership and solve problems.
- In-office role in Davie, FLteam collaboration is key.
