Regional Key Account Development Manager (Dynapar)

We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager/BDM to drive sales growth in their assigned territory by expanding business with existing accounts and acquiring new accounts, both directly and through distribution channels. This role will also act as an industry specialist. Candidate will be responsible for prospecting new direct small to medium size OEMS fifty percent of their time. The ideal candidate will be in the Northeast Geography, preferably near a airport hub.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth in the assigned territoryDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targetsBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and partnersDevelop account plans that identify opportunities for growth and outline strategies for achieving revenue targetsConduct regular business reviews with key customers and distributors to review performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and align future goals and objectivesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, as well as new accounts that fit the company's ideal customer profileNegotiate contracts and pricing agreements with key customers, ensuring that all terms and conditions are mutually beneficial and consistent with company objectivesServe as an expert in specific industries (building off successes in previous roles), staying up to date with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory issuesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute industry-specific sales strategies, including product development, pricing, and marketing campaignsProvide industry-specific insights and thought leadership to the overall sales organization, helping to differentiate the company's offerings and win new business in the marketBuild and maintain relationships with key industry organizations and influencers, representing the company at industry events and conferencesMonitor and analyze customer and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to the sales team and cross-functional partners to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfactionMaintain accurate records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and deal information in the company's CRM systemMaintain accurate sales records and reports based on individual performance to targetsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldProfessional speaking French experience highly preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a track record of success in both business development and account managementExperience in targeted industries is preferredExcellent communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsTravel requirement is 75% for this role#LI-TD1Ralliant Corporation OverviewRalliant, originally part of Fortive, now stands as a bold, independent public company driving innovation at the forefront of precision technology.
