Job Description

Inspect auto body collision damage and use the CCC ONE estimating software program to write cost estimates of parts and labor needed to repair and restore to pre-loss condition, review with customers, communicate with the insurance company regarding the claim, and more.

Responsibilities

• Inspect auto body collision damage and use the CCC ONE estimating software program to write cost estimates of parts and labor needed to repair and restore to pre-loss condition, review with customers, communicate with the insurance company regarding the claim, and more.
• Follow job through the entire repair process, keep customers informed, quality control the vehicle for final delivery, and ensure customer is satisfied.

Requirements

• Auto Body Collision Estimator experience is preferred
• Good computer, communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Self-starter, energetic, pleasant, dependable and team oriented
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus
