Responsibilities:

• Assembly and Testing: The primary responsibility of this role is to assemble and test various machine components according to blueprints and engineering specifications. This includes meticulously following assembly procedures and conducting thorough testing to ensure functionality and quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, designers, and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any assembly or testing issues. Effective communication and teamwork are essential in ensuring the successful completion of projects.
• Documentation: Keep detailed records of assembly processes, test results, and any modifications made during the testing phase. Accurate documentation is crucial for quality control and future reference.
• Quality Control: Participate in quality control inspections to verify that assembled machines meet the company's standards for performance, reliability, and safety. Identify any defects or malfunctions and take necessary corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation. Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems is a must. Strong computer skills and knowledge of PLC's are a plus.
