340B Finance Analyst
Full-Time | Healthcare Finance | Ryan White Clinic Environment
About the Role
Men’s Health Foundation is seeking a 340B Finance Analyst to manage financial reconciliation, compliance, and reporting for its in-house medication program. This role sits across Finance, Pharmacy, and Clinical Operations, ensuring accurate billing, revenue integrity, and full compliance with 340B and Ryan White program requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end financial oversight of the 340B medication program
- Perform reconciliation of purchasing, dispensing, and billing data
- Ensure accurate bill-to/ship-to workflows and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor revenue, savings, utilization, and compliance metrics
- Support HRSA audit readiness and maintain documentation
- Validate billing accuracy and revenue classification (340B vs non-340B)
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and variance analysis for leadership
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking
- Collaborate with Finance, Pharmacy, and Clinical teams to improve processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of healthcare finance, pharmacy operations, or 340B program experience
- Strong knowledge of 340B compliance and healthcare billing workflows
- Experience with reconciliation, revenue validation, and reporting
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
