- Assemble, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic components and circuit boards, utilizing high-quality soldering and fine-pitch surface-mount rework capabilities.
- Perform electrical, thermal, environmental, and EMI/EMC testing using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, AC/DC loads, and signal generators.
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints to build electronic prototypes, wire harnesses, and custom test fixtures.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret test data to prepare technical reports, while maintaining meticulous test records, equipment logs, and laboratory documentation.
- Work closely with engineers to support product development, validation testing, troubleshooting, and structured root-cause analysis.
