THE JOB Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Recruiter to join us. In this role, you’ll engage with top sales professionals in the US and connect them with our respected local and national clients. This is a half‑desk recruiting role to start. You'll be focused on building relationships with candidates, learning our process, and becoming a trusted advisor in their careers. As you ramp, your role expands into a full‑desk recruiter where you'll be running searches, managing accounts, and helping clients hire top talent from first interview to final offer.
