Remote Healthcare Records Scanning Coordinator

We’re looking for a tech-savvy Entry-Level Healthcare Records Scanning Coordinator to join New Paradigm Staffing , helping healthcare organizations convert and index digital records.
This role is perfect for someone who wants hands‑on experience with document management technology. You’ll learn how to prepare files for scanning, quality-check images, label documents in EHR systems, and ensure digital copies are complete — all while working with mentors experienced in health information digitization.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and organize files for scanning
- Perform quality checks on digital images
- Label and categorize scanned documents
- Upload files into designated EHR systems
- Maintain security and confidentiality
