MIG Welder And Fabricator Opportunity
Twin City Staffing is seeking a skilled MIG welder and fabricator to join a family-owned mechanic shop! This is not a typical factory welding job; we are looking for a true fabricator who enjoys hands-on, varied work in a laid-back environment. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with all-position welding, apply today! Location: Saint Paul, MN Wage: $25.00 – $32.00/hr. Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday – Friday

Duties of the MIG welder and fabricator:
- MIG weld in all positions, including overhead
- Fabricate custom products and components
- Operate plasma cutters and various power tools
- Install truck accessories and components
- Assemble parts for hydraulic units
- Diagnose repairs and provide fabrication solutions
- Maintain a clean and safe shop workstation
Requirements of the MIG welder and fabricator:
- 2+ years of welding and fabrication experience
- Proficiency in MIG welding and plasma cutting
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. and stand all shift
- Ownership of basic hand tools (socket sets, etc.)
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Reliable transportation for a 7:00 AM start
- Ability to pass background check
- No drug test required
