Learning Management System Administrator

To support the administration of the Agilix Buzz LMS, the full-time Learning Management System Administrator will manage day-to-day operations, ensure system functionality, and act as the primary point of contact for user support while working remotely. Key responsibilities Administer and improve the Agilix Buzz LMS, leading large-scale projects such as implementations and upgrades Document processes, manage integrations with other systems, and create analytics and reports for user departments Troubleshoot user-reported issues and provide hands-on support to ensure minimal disruption to instruction and operations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of two years of experience administering Agilix Buzz or similar learning management systems Prior experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst is preferred Strong experience with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and Asana is preferred Ability to pass required background checks
