General Laborer

Compensation: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour.

Job Location: All construction sites are in southern NH and within 30 minutes of our Bedford office.

Job Type: This is a full-time hourly position. Employees are eligible for regular benefits after 90 days which include:

Position Summary:

Summit Excavating is hiring full-time laborers for year-round work in the residential construction and excavation industry. This is a permanent position, not seasonal or tied to a specific project.

Applicants must have reliable transportation to and from job sites, be able to work in all weather conditions, and be willing to take on a variety of hands-on tasks. We're looking for hardworking, self-motivated individuals who want to grow their career with a family-oriented company that values teamwork and a healthy work-life balance.

Applicant must be able to perform the following activities:

• Lifting and Carrying Items weighing as much as 50 Lbs.
• Standing and Walking
• Bending, Stooping, and Kneeling
• Climbing
• Pushing and Pulling
• Shoveling, raking, sweeping, etc.
• Use power tools
• Overhead Work
• Repetitive Motions
• Weather Exposure

Previous expert experience REQUIERED in at least one of the following:

• Trenching and Excavation
• Pipe Laying
• Grading using a Laser

• Operating equipment such as rock trucks and loaders
