Pay & Benefits

• Pay package: Flat rates for on-call ($5,000 $6,000 daily; $7,500 $9,000 for holiday call)

What You ll Do

• Provide full scope OB/GYN services including deliveries (vaginal and C-sections) and gynecological surgeries
• Respond to 24-hour call for OB and GYN emergencies at the hospital
• Manage inpatient and outpatient cases, averaging 16-20 patients daily
• Collaborate with dedicated support staff such as medical assistants and practice managers
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and EMR documentation using Cerner

What You Need
Required:

• California MD license and current medical license
• Board Certification or Eligibility in OB/GYN
• Ability to respond within 20-minute response time during call shifts
• Experience delivering babies and performing gynecological surgeries

Preferred:

• Prior OB/GYN hospital-based practice experience
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
