HIS Medical Records Specialist — EHR & Info Handling
San Ysidro Health
San Ysidro Health is seeking an HIS Specialist to support the HIS/Medical Records team. The role includes sorting and scanning reports, updating the patient EHR, and handling release of information while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Travel to clinic sites may be required to assist with staff coverage and workflow improvements.
