Customer Service/Sales Representative

American Family Insurance Agency | Brent Berg Agency, Inc | Moorhead, MN

Are you a driven, relationship-focused professional who enjoys helping others while building a successful career? We are looking for a driven worker to service our existing customers with excellent attention to detail and an upbeat personality.

This position is a mix of customer service and sales.

What you’ll do

• Answer phones and greet walk-in customers
• Service customer needs and schedule appointments
• Work with the agency team to meet agency goals
• Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to do what is best for the customer, the agency and the company
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Cross-sell products to provide comprehensive protection
• Work with new customers to assess their needs and provide quotes to cover their needs
• Provide excellent customer service
• Process payments and report claims

What we’re looking for

• Excellent customer service skills
• Recent work experience in customer service, retail or sales
• Driven to meet agency goals and the ability to quickly reorganize priorities to accomplish agency goals

Licensing

• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but not required. We'll support qualified candidates in obtaining the necessary licensing.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $38,000-$52,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
• Commission and bonus opportunities
• Health, dental, and vision insurance available
• 3% retirement plan match
• No nights or weekends, office closes at 1pm on Fridays
• Paid vacation
