Legal Assistant / Paralegal

Job Description Seeking a full-time Legal Assistant and experienced Paralegal for a busy Estate Planning, Probate, Business Planning and Real Estate Firm with offices in Columbia Falls and Kalispell, Montana. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work while attending to important details and deadlines, as well as work independently. Applicant must have excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills. ORGANIZATION IS A MUST! To qualify, applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in the legal field as a legal assistant and/or Paralegal. Position Duties Include: Draft, review, and revise estate planning documents; Real property research and Deed preparation; Draft, review, and revise court pleadings; Draft, review, and revise business planning documents; File pleadings with the court E-filing website; Work in cooperation with office members to resolve issues and problems that arise; Communicate with clients, experts, court personnel, and other offices; and Other professional and administrative tasks as needed.
