The ideal candidate will be able to complete a drug screen and background check, and more.Benefits:Competitive payBenefits when hired into company8–10-hour shiftsOvertime when neededLearning and growth opportunitiesResponsibilities:Obtain production requirements for the daily production from WorkflowSelect appropriate CNC programs for the current jobProgram CNC to specific operation (knowledge of operation of CNC may be obtained through on-the-job training or vocational education).Operate an electrical panel sawSelect appropriate tooling for each job applicationHandle a 6' x 8' sheet of PlexiglasRead and interpret blueprintsUse precision measurement tools including height gauge, micrometers, calipers and pins gaugesPerform dimensional checks of parts using precision measurement toolsMake CNC program corrections as necessaryPerform first piece and in-process quality checksPerform defined preventive maintenance activities.Operate hand jackApplies ISO-9001-2000 standards at all levelsInventory recording accuracyResponsibility for identification, documentation, segregation, evaluation, and disposition of non-conforming products, services, or systemsResponsible for adherence and knowledge of all ISO processes, procedures, flowcharts, and quality policyAll department processes and procedures documented and the appropriate individual(s) trained and cross-trained as necessaryRequirements:High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.One to two years of prior factory employment preferredTwo years of CNC ExperienceAbility to read and interpret policies and procedure manualsMust be able to operate hand truckNumerical Reasoning & AbilityVerbal communication skillsMust be able to read blue prints
