We provide quality resources in four specialty areas: Information Technology (IT), Clinical Research, Rehabilitation Therapy and Nursing.This position is with my direct clientJob DescriptionSenior Data Analyst/Data ModelerThe design and implementation of functional and non-functional requirementsIntegrate with existing and emerging bank technologiesPrepare Functional requirements specification documents in accordance with standard SLDC business practices.Define Data Repository Conceptual / Logical Data Model based on requirementsPhysicalize the data model on Oracle / RDBMS DatabaseDefine Metrics Logical Entities and AttributesPerform all levels of data analysis, including data mappings, data feeds, data models, and data transformation as related to an Enterprise EnvironmentDevelop fully defined logical and physical data models as related to assigned task and/or projectProvide consultative expertise related to business practices, procedures, requirements, risk management and process improvementsImplement Stored Process and View to upload and access informationTest / Validate the information and accessTest the performance of the implementationLiaise with technology team to plan and execute requirementsSuperior communication skills both written and verbalExtremely proficient with MS Excel and Access with emphasis on data comparisonHands on SQL data query knowledge and performance tuningAbility to derive data models through requirements gathering with developers and end usersExperience with data modeling tools like ErwinExperience developing both OLTP and Data Warehousing data modelsSolid understanding of relational databasesQualificationsExperience preparing and obtaining acceptance of Functional, Business and Technical requirementsReference Data Analyst experienceReference Data Modeling experiencePrior knowledge/experience of working on Enterprise wide Reference Data SystemsReference Data domain expertise across Equities/Fixed Income/Derivative asset classesAdditional InformationWorking Location is:- Whippany, NJ
