Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to clients with a variety of mental health needs, such as depression, anxiety, marital conflict, and child behavior problems. Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to the individual needs of each client. Conduct assessments of client needs and progress. Collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers. Provide education and support to clients and their families. Maintain accurate records of client care. Participate in professional development activities. Qualifications: Master's degree in marriage and family therapy from an accredited program. Licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) or equivalent. 2+ years of experience providing therapy to couples, families, and individuals. Strong clinical skills and judgment.
