Job Details Job Location: Boston MA - Quincy, MA 02169 Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 Base+Commission/year About BearCom Largest Distributor of Wireless Voice, Data, and Video Solutions in North America 40+ Years Industry-Leading Experience Partnerships with Motorola, JVC Kenwood, Avigilon, Milestone, Axis, Hanwha and Bosc 75+ Branches Across North America As a BearCom BDR (Business Development Representative), you will be leading the outbound charge for the inside sales team engaging with new and existing customers, building a pipeline of new opportunities, and creating a world class customer experience. This is a full-time position and an exciting opportunity to build a career in public safety by joining a well-established and growing company. Job Responsibilities Build relationships with new and existing customers. Represent B2B sales for manufacturers such as Motorola, Avigilon, Axis, Milestone, LenelS2, among others. Sell all products from the BearCom portfolio based on customer need. Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets. Maintain all weekly, monthly, and quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Active phone and email communication. Manage and react quickly to all existing customers. Efficiently manage a sales funnel. Attend weekly sales meetings. Preferred Qualifications Ability to connect and communicate over the phone. Punctual, organized, coachable, and collaborative. Experience using Microsoft (Excel/Word/Outlook/Teams) or Google (Sheets/Docs/Slides/Meet) platforms. High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to work as a team player who builds rapport with the Inside Sales team, the Enterprise Sales team, and the local sales branches. Experience using Gemini, Copilot, Claude, or other professional AI platforms. Drug screenings and background checks are part of the hiring process, which may include a Motor Vehicle Record check.
