COMMERCIAL LINES INSURANCE ACCOUNT MANAGER

needed for an Insurance Agency in Chula Vista, CA HOURS : 8 am – 5 pm DURATION : Direct Hire WORKPLACE : In office. A hybrid work schedule may be considered based on experience level and training requirements. PAY : Depending on experience, the position can pay $70,000- $90,000. This is a non‑exempt role which means is pays hourly. BENEFITS : This client offers a full comprehensive benefits package. The Account Manager will be working with risks to include construction, manufacturers, distributors, property, habitational, restaurants, and more. Duties can include, but are not limited to: Change requests Endorsements Renewals New Policies Policy Review Review policy, confirm insured has forms required for operations & Certificates on file Assist insureds with requests: review policies, coverages, changes, quotes. Assist, or manage, with a book of business to include servicing, reaching out to clients and/or carriers. Market/Quote renewals as needed via carrier portals or application submissions. Provide the insured with renewal quotes and bind coverage. Other duties as requested or needed. Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience recently working as a CLAccount Manager, or CL Customer Service Rep (CSR), working within an independent agency environment. The qualified candidate must hold an active CA Property/Casualty license. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. EPIC experience needed – intermediate to advanced level.
