Facet is a fast-growing financial services company that is looking for a Trading Operations Specialist to join its team. This position involves managing and executing trading operations to support the company's investment strategies. The Trading Operations Specialist is a crucial part of the team that brings Facet's services to millions of Americans.
Key Responsibilities
- Trade Operations & Strategy Execution: Execute and monitor daily trading operations, model adjustments, tax-loss harvesting, and firm-wide rebalancings.
- Process Improvement & Workflow Optimization: Assist in designing, testing, and implementing new operational processes and software enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Escalation & Complex Resolution: Serve as the primary escalation point for complex trading-related issues, account reconciliations, cost basis adjustments, and advanced money movement requests.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with financial planners, custodians, and internal tech teams to support product rollouts and trade workflow integrations.
- Documentation & Peer Support: Maintain procedural documentation, assist in onboarding new specialists, and provide guidance to operational team members.
- Special Projects: Lead targeted operational projects across the trading and investment operations organization.
