DELLA AUTO GROUPRole OverviewWe are seeking an IT Manager to lead our technology operations for the Della Auto Group. This pivotal role involves strategic oversight of our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless technology integration to support business objectives while fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency within the team.ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize the IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability of servicesLead IT professionals, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative work environmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and align IT initiatives with business goalsOversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and servicesMonitor IT budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effective solutionsEvaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for improvements and upgradesRequired and Preferred QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field5+ years of experience in IT management or similar rolesStrong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and cloud computingProven ability to lead teams and manage projects effectivelyExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailPreferred:Master's degree in a related fieldExperience with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standardsTechnical Skills and Relevant TechnologiesProficiency in network management, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systemsFamiliarity with IT service management (ITSM) toolsStrong knowledge of database management systems and data backup solutionsSoft Skills and Cultural FitExceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levelsProactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvementStrong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyCommitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplaceBenefits and PerksAnnual salary range: $55,000 to $60.000.Additional benefits may include:Comprehensive health insurance plansRetirement savings plans with company matchingGenerous paid time offProfessional development opportunities and training programsEqual Opportunity StatementDella Auto Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
