Job Title: Regional Test Manager Automotive Connectivity and Telematics

Job Description

Overview:

Lead testing strategy, integration, and validation activities across multiple teams, serving as the primary quality gatekeeper for automotive connectivity and telematics programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end test planning, execution, and reporting across regional delivery teams.
• Coordinate integration and system testing activities, managing cross-team dependencies and defect resolution.
• Develop master test plans, quality gates, and Go/No-Go criteria for releases.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, suppliers, and validation teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor quality metrics, provide stakeholder updates, and drive continuous QA process improvements.
• Support vehicle, ECU, telematics, and test bench validation activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive automotive testing experience with ECUs, telematics, connectivity systems, test benches, and vehicle-level testing.
• Experience leading large-scale integration and end-to-end testing programs.
• Strong knowledge of CAN, J1939, UDS, and Vector CANoe.
• Proven test management experience in Agile and supplier-driven environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Strong stakeholder management, defect management, and quality governance experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Commercial vehicle and telematics experience.
• Experience with QA governance, test audits, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to coordinate across global teams and external suppliers.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lewisville, TX.

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
