As our Manufacturing Controller owns the plant's cost accounting, financial reporting, and margin analysis, and partners directly with Operations leadership to translate plant performance into financial results.What you will do…Standard costing: build, maintain, and analyze standard costs (material, labor, overhead); lead variance analysis (PPV, usage, labor, overhead absorption)Monthly close and forecasting of plant financial resultsAnnual budgeting process for the facilityKPI dashboards and monthly variance reportingInventory controls and the cycle counting programROI analysis for capital spending requestsMonthly financial presentations to Corporate LeadershipPartnering with department managers on P&L interpretation and cost optimizationSite-level financial audits and year-end inventory/external audit engagementsCapital project tax abatement tracking and R&D/trial cost documentationWhat you will bring…BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field5+ years in a manufacturing/plant financial role, with hands-on standard costing and variance analysis experience — food or CPG manufacturing a plusERP proficiency (IFS a plus, not required)Strong Excel/analytical skills; comfortable building models and dashboards from scratchAbility to explain financial concepts to non-finance managers and influence cross-functionallyProject management skills — able to juggle close, budgeting, and ad hoc requests under deadlineOur Vision: Continue to be the leader in Greek, Mediterranean and inspired world cuisine.
