Demonstrate commitment to safety program.To provide metrology support and assistance to manufacturing and engineeringPerform First Article inspectionsPerform capability studiesPerform Gage R&R studiesPerform basic CMM inspections as assigned and under guidance of QA Tech II or QEPerform basic calibration, gage set up and repair as assigned and under guidance of QA Tech II or QEPreform and complete documentation for Final AuditsCoordinate containment and tagging of nonconforming product. Generate Nonconformance ReportsComply with all Work InstructionsComply with client's Quality Management SystemGenerate and release Certification of ComplianceReview and supply inspection data using applicable software and or formsParticipate in cross-functional teams as neededDemonstrate commitment to the TEAM Industries Quality Management system and ObjectivesPromote a positive atmosphere. Actively support activities that promote the welfare and morale of TEAM employeesWill be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assignedMinimum Requirements: Education & Experience:High school diploma or GED preferredOne year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experienceMust have a valid driver's licenseJob Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Knowledge and experience to accurately operate standard measurement equipmentAbility to read and follow instructions, correspondence and memosAbility to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settingsUsing computer software - Microsoft Office, Outlook, and infopath-type softwarePhysical Demands:Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs, occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 lbs, rarely lifting up to 40 lbsAbility to stand up to 100% of shiftAbility to do repetitive movements (i.e. bending, twisting, walking)See Functional Job Description for complete demands
