Senior Development Accountant - Capital Projects
QTS Realty Trust
QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Senior Development Accountant to support the Development Accounting team. You will handle month-end close, journal entries, accruals, fixed assets and depreciation calculations, while ensuring internal controls and data integrity across capital build projects. The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, experience with Workday and complex financial analysis. You will interact with multiple stakeholders and help prepare budgets, forecasts, and audit schedules for #J-18808-Ljbffr QTS Realty Trust
