Clinical Nurse Manager - Inpatient Women's Services

Location: North Central New Mexico
Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible Shifts
Salary: Competitive pay, based on experience and qualifications.

As an Inpatient Women's Services Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) , you will lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care to women throughout all stages of life. Overseeing inpatient services, you will ensure high-quality clinical care, mentor nursing staff, and foster a collaborative and patient-centered environment. North Central New Mexico offers a stunning mix of history, culture, and outdoor adventures-allowing you to build a fulfilling career while experiencing the beauty of the Southwest.

Clinical Nurse Manager Job Responsibilities

Provide leadership and clinical oversight within Inpatient Women's Services .
Develop and implement care plans, staff training programs, and clinical protocols .
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards .
Manage daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation .
Drive performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service excellence.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program ( BSN preferred ).
Active CNM license in New Mexico or Compact state .
BLS certification (women's health specialty certification preferred).
Minimum 5 years of inpatient women's health nursing experience , with 2+ years in a leadership role .
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills .
