Sales Support Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to support sales operations, customer service, and order management activities in a fast-paced technical environment. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments to ensure accurate order processing and exceptional customer support.
Responsibilities
- Support sales representatives with quotes, pricing, and product configurations
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide customers with product, pricing, and order status information
- Resolve customer inquiries and coordinate solutions with internal teams
- Review purchase orders and verify terms and conditions
- Coordinate with finance, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications
- Associate degree or High School Diploma with 3+ years of related experience
- 35 years of experience supporting a field sales organization
- Experience in medical device, biotech, manufacturing, or high-tech industries preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- SAP experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
