Manager, Transaction Management - Americas

Responsibilities Execute real estate transactions including leases, renewals, expansions, and dispositions Manage transactions through full lifecycle Ensure all deals are executed on time, within financial targets, and aligned to business and portfolio strategy Lead negotiations with landlords, developers, and third-party providers Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and country-specific considerations Maintain accurate, audit-ready lease and transaction documentation Act as a trusted advisor to business and country leadership on transaction decisions Coordinate handoff from transaction execution into project delivery (A&D, construction) and site operations Requirements 6-8+ years of commercial real estate / transaction management experience Experience managing lease negotiations, portfolio transactions, and multi-site environments Experience working across regions with strong understanding of country-specific considerations Fluent in English required; additional European languages are a plus. Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive experience in commercial real estate transaction management, including lease negotiations and portfolio transactions, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
