Neighborcare Health seeks a Registered Nurse for the Homeless & Housing Outreach Team (.8 FTE) in Seattle. You will provide comprehensive outpatient nursing care, education, triage, and supports across patient needs. Work with an interdisciplinary team to advance Neighborcare’s mission and guidelines.
