Base Compensation: 17.00 - $19.00/hour
Additional Incentives: 3% Sales Commission (after 60 days) + 2% Inventory Bonus!
The Opportunity
Are you a fluent bilingual communicator who thrives on solving problems, closing deals, and managing moving parts? We are seeking a reliable, high-energy Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our permanent team in Azalea Park, FL.
This is a dynamic, multifaceted role where you will be the primary voice for our Spanish and English-speaking clients. You will manage the entire customer journey from answering the initial phone inquiry and providing sales consultations to managing inventory and coordinating parts delivery logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Bilingual Client Support: Serve as the first point of contact, providing elite professional assistance in both Spanish and English.
- Inside Sales & Service: Educate customers on our service offerings, accurately provide price quotes, and confidently convert inquiries into scheduled service appointments.
- Logistics Coordination: Oversee and manage the daily workflow for parts pickups and deliveries (includes occasional hands-on handling and lifting of parts).
- Inventory Control: Track on-site inventory meticulously to qualify for your 2% monthly performance bonus .
- Data Management: Accurately update customer profiles, input logs into our CRM, and manage the main service calendar using internal computer software.
- Open and Close shop 8am to 5pm
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Language: Native or professional fluency in both Spanish and English (Required).
- Experience: 1–2 years of proven success in customer service, retail sales, account management, or internal phone sales.
- Technical Literacy: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable working with CRMs or scheduling software.
- Logistics Ready: Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License and a clean driving record for occasional parts management/delivery assistance.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable handling and lifting parts as needed in a warehouse/office hybrid environment.
- Core Attributes: High reliability, strong multitasking skills, and a "customer-first" attitude.
- Must be able to pick up 50lbs
Schedule & Location:
- Full-Time Monday – Friday (Occasional Saturdays if required by business needs)
- Beautiful on-site office location in Orlando, FL (Must be a local resident with reliable transportation).
